Cookies are small values stored by a browser and returned to a website. Workerex uses first-party cookies needed for login, security, form protection, two-factor authentication and authorised support access. These essential cookies are not used to build advertising profiles. Optional analytics storage is used only when the visitor chooses to allow analytics.
This essential first-party cookie keeps an authenticated user signed in and allows Workerex to identify the authorised account. It is HttpOnly, Secure on HTTPS and SameSite=Lax. Its maximum lifetime is 14 days, although it may be cleared earlier by logout, password or security changes.
This essential first-party cookie protects registration, demo, password and other public forms against cross-site request forgery. It is HttpOnly, Secure on HTTPS and SameSite=Lax, and normally expires after two hours.
This essential first-party cookie temporarily links a Super Admin login to the two-factor verification step. It is HttpOnly, Secure on HTTPS and SameSite=Lax, and normally expires after ten minutes.
When an eligible Super Admin chooses to trust a browser, this security cookie remembers that verified browser for up to 30 days. It is HttpOnly, Secure on HTTPS and SameSite=Lax. It can be revoked through security controls or by clearing browser cookies.
When an authorised support-access session is explicitly created, this essential cookie identifies that temporary session for up to four hours. It is used only for controlled support access and can be revoked earlier.
When a user opens Paddle checkout, a Paddle buyer portal or another external payment page, Paddle may set its own cookies for payment, fraud prevention, security, localisation and transaction processing. Those cookies are controlled by Paddle and are covered by Paddle's own notices.
Paddle Privacy NoticeIf Google Analytics is configured for Workerex, the standard Google tag is loaded and initialized on public pages with advertising and analytics storage denied by default and automatic page measurement suppressed. Workerex does not enable analytics storage or send optional Workerex analytics events until a visitor chooses Accept cookies. Google Analytics may then use identifiers such as the _ga family of cookies to measure traffic source, referral or campaign information, landing pages, session engagement, device or coarse geographic information and selected public-site events. Workerex does not send form contents, names, email addresses, company names, passwords, payment data, job data or customer records to Google Analytics. Advertising and remarketing pixels are not part of this use.
Google Privacy PolicyBrowser settings allow cookies to be viewed, deleted or blocked. Blocking essential Workerex cookies may prevent registration, secure forms, login, two-factor authentication or authorised support access from working correctly.
