Effective 19 July 2026. These terms apply when a company creates or uses a Workerex workspace.
Workerex provides tools for company workspaces, Jobs, Visits, schedules, team access, files, notes and activity history. Features may change as the product develops, provided changes do not remove paid core functionality without reasonable notice.
The person creating a workspace confirms that they are authorised to act for the company. Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
A new verified company receives seven days of access without payment details. Continued use after the trial requires an agreed active plan. Current plan prices and user limits are shown on the Workerex website. Automatic card charging is not part of this release.
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful or malicious material, misuse another company’s data or use Workerex in a way that violates applicable law.
The customer company remains responsible for the information it enters and the permissions it grants. The company must have the necessary rights to upload and process customer, worker, photo and document content.
Workerex uses reasonable operational, backup and recovery processes but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance, provider incidents and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access.
Access may be suspended for expired trial or payment status, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. Where practical, Workerex will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Workerex is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or decisions made from inaccurate customer-entered information. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.
