Refund Policy
Effective 4 August 2026. This policy explains subscription cancellation and when a Workerex payment may be refunded.
Paddle handles Workerex transactions
Workerex purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorised online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle charges the payment method, handles applicable transaction taxes, provides buyer billing support and processes approved refunds. Workerex does not send a refund directly outside Paddle for a transaction processed by Paddle.
Cancellation is not a refund
A subscription may be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until that date. Cancellation does not automatically refund or prorate the current billing period.
General refund rule
Unless required by applicable law or approved under this policy or Paddle's buyer refund policy, completed payments are non-refundable. A request submitted within 14 days of a transaction may be considered case by case, but submitting a request does not guarantee a full or partial refund.
Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable withdrawal, cancellation, refund or consumer rights available under applicable law. Where local law or Paddle's policy gives a buyer greater protection, the greater protection applies.
Technical problems or service defects
Contact Workerex first if a persistent technical problem or material defect prevents access to the paid features described for the subscription. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the problem. If a material problem cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be approved through Paddle in accordance with applicable law and Paddle's policy.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
A duplicate transaction, an incorrect amount or another apparent billing error should be reported promptly. Workerex and Paddle may request the receipt, transaction reference, account email and other information reasonably needed to verify the charge. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded through Paddle.
How to request a refund
Email info@workerex.com with the account email, Paddle receipt or transaction reference, payment date, amount and reason for the request. You may also use the manage-subscription or receipt link provided by Paddle, or contact Paddle Buyer Support directly. Do not send complete card details.

Approved refunds and access
Paddle normally returns an approved refund to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. A full refund may end access to the refunded subscription immediately. A partial refund may change the remaining subscription entitlement as explained when it is approved.
Fraud, abuse and chargebacks
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or manipulative behaviour, subject to mandatory law. We encourage users to contact Workerex or Paddle before starting a chargeback so the issue can be investigated. This does not remove any lawful right to dispute a payment with a bank or payment provider.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to Workerex, Paddle's rules or applicable law. The policy in force for a transaction will be considered together with any mandatory rights and Paddle terms applying to that transaction. Questions can be sent to info@workerex.com.
