Effective 19 July 2026. This policy explains how Workerex handles information used to provide the service.
We process account and company information, workspace content supplied by authorised users, technical and security logs, support communications and demo requests. Workspace content may include customer contact details, service addresses, notes, photos and documents entered by the company.
Information is used to create and secure accounts, operate company workspaces, deliver requested features, provide authorised support, send operational emails, prevent abuse, maintain backups and recover the service after an incident.
Each customer company decides what operational information it enters into Workerex and who receives access. Companies are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis and providing notices to their customers and workers where required.
Workerex uses tenant scoping, authentication and role-based permissions to separate company workspaces. Workerex is designed so company data is accessed only when required for authorised support, security or recovery operations.
Workerex may use infrastructure, email and other service providers that process limited information to provide their services. Processing locations may differ from the user’s country. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are used where applicable.
Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain proportionate recovery records. Requests concerning an account or workspace can be sent to info@workerex.com.
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. We may need to verify identity and coordinate with the relevant customer company before acting on workspace data.
